1. Agreement
By accessing or using ZorX, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the related policies linked from the ZorX Legal Center. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
ZorX operates as an independent digital esports and creator-focused SaaS platform based in Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan. Formal company registration, NTN, and additional business documentation may be added in the future as the platform expands.
2. Platform Services
ZorX provides digital tools and platform features including result posters, MVP posters, team profiles, stream overlays, team show overlays, giveaway hosting tools, public share pages, community chat, support systems, and subscription-based premium access.
ZorX may add, remove, improve, limit, suspend, or modify features based on technical, business, security, or compliance needs.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- ZorX may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, harassment, copyright violations, payment misuse, security risks, or other policy violations.
- Users must be at least 13 years old. Users under legal adult age should use the platform with parent or guardian awareness where applicable.
4. Subscriptions And Manual Payments
ZorX subscriptions are currently manual and non-recurring. Users are not automatically charged for renewal. Payment proof is reviewed manually before paid access is activated.
Supported public payment methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, and NayaPay. Payment account information is displayed only through official ZorX subscription/payment pages and verified support channels.
Most successful payment proof submissions are reviewed and activated within approximately 5 to 30 minutes, although delays may occur during high traffic periods or verification checks.
5. User Content
You retain responsibility for content you upload, create, publish, or share through ZorX. This includes images, logos, player photos, team data, result text, overlay text, giveaway details, community messages, and public profile content.
You must own or have permission to use uploaded images, logos, graphics, player photos, and other materials. ZorX may remove or restrict content that appears unlawful, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, harmful, or unsafe.
6. Public Links And OBS Links
ZorX tools may generate public/share links for result posters, MVP posters, team profiles, giveaways, stream overlays, and team show overlays. Anyone with access to a public/share link may be able to view associated public content.
OBS/browser-source links are intended for streaming workflows. Users are responsible for controlling where they share those links. ZorX may disable or soft-expire premium public output when subscription access ends or abuse is detected.
7. Giveaways
Giveaway hosts are fully responsible for prize legitimacy, fulfillment, participant communication, task accuracy, and legal compliance. Prize distribution and winner coordination are handled directly by giveaway hosts unless ZorX officially states otherwise for a specific campaign.
Illegal gambling, betting, cash wagering, fake prize systems, or fraudulent giveaway behavior is prohibited.
8. Community Conduct
ZorX maintains a moderated community environment. Harassment, hate speech, scams, spam, harmful explicit material, political or religious attacks, impersonation, malicious activity, and exploitation are prohibited.
9. Intellectual Property
The ZorX name, platform, software, interface, branding, templates, default assets, and design systems are owned by ZorX or its licensors. Users may use exported ZorX content for creator, streaming, esports, branding, promotional, and related digital usage in accordance with these policies.
Users must not copy, resell, reverse engineer, misuse, or falsely represent ZorX platform assets or services.
10. Refunds And Billing Disputes
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy. Refunds are generally not available once digital tools, exported content, premium downloads, or OBS/browser-source features have already been used.
11. Service Availability
ZorX aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Hosting issues, maintenance, third-party outages, internet problems, database issues, browser limitations, payment provider delays, or security actions may affect availability.
12. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZorX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from platform use, inability to access tools, user-generated content, third-party conduct, giveaway disputes, payment provider delays, or public link misuse.
13. Governing Law
All platform policies, services, disputes, and user activities are governed under applicable laws and regulations of Pakistan.
