1. About ZorX
ZorX is an independent digital esports and creator-focused SaaS platform based in Pakistan. The platform is operated publicly by Syed Ahsan, with co-founder Haris Zahoor. ZorX provides esports tools, creator utilities, team profiles, giveaway systems, public sharing, community features, subscription access, and manual payment verification.

2. Information We Collect
- Account information: email address, username, password hash, user ID, role, status, first name, last name, games, profile bio, profile city, profile age, avatar, and profile settings.
- Login and session information: session hashes, login time, last activity time, IP address, user agent, device label, route information, and revoked session data.
- Subscription and payment information: selected plan, plan duration, payment method, submitted email, payment proof screenshot, proof metadata, subscription status, review notes, invoices, refund records, and billing notices.
- Uploaded content: profile images, team logos, player images, poster assets, overlay images, giveaway cover images, payment screenshots, and related file metadata such as file type, size, width, height, and storage token.
- Tool and project data: saved result posters, MVP posters, stream overlays, team show settings, team profiles, giveaway pages, public tokens, share IDs, OBS browser-source links, and design configuration data.
- Community and support data: chat messages, reactions, support tickets, ticket replies, tournament submissions, mailbox messages, appeals, reports, and contact details submitted through forms.
- Security and abuse-prevention data: rate-limit logs, IP logs, failed login events, brute-force indicators, CSRF failures, bans, moderation actions, audit logs, and security event metadata.
3. How We Use Information
ZorX uses collected information to operate the platform, create and manage accounts, provide tools, store projects, serve public links, verify payments, activate subscriptions, deliver support, moderate community behavior, prevent fraud, protect the service, and improve reliability.
Payment screenshots and verification data are used to confirm manual payments through supported Pakistani payment methods and to resolve billing disputes, fraud checks, support requests, and refund reviews.
4. Public And Shareable Content
ZorX includes public/share link systems. Anyone with access to a public result poster, MVP poster, team profile, giveaway page, or OBS/browser-source link may be able to view the associated public content. Users should avoid placing private information in public project content unless they are comfortable sharing it.
OBS links may continue to point to saved overlay sessions. If a subscription expires, ZorX may show an expired access placard while preserving saved project data for possible renewal.
5. Uploaded Files And Payment Screenshots
ZorX accepts image uploads for platform features. Uploaded files may be scanned or validated for type, size, and basic file integrity. Payment screenshots and verification data may be retained for security, fraud prevention, verification, compliance, accounting, support, and dispute resolution where necessary.
Users are responsible for removing unnecessary private details from images before uploading, except where payment proof information is required for verification.
6. Cookies, Sessions, And Browser Storage
ZorX uses session cookies to keep users logged in and protect account access. The platform may also use browser local storage or session storage for user interface state, tool drafts, cached project IDs, pro status display, and editor preferences. Clearing browser storage may remove local drafts or saved interface settings.
7. Sharing With Service Providers
ZorX may use trusted service providers and platform integrations for hosting, database storage, SMTP email, Discord notifications, Formspree campaign forwarding, optional storage infrastructure, and payment verification support. These providers process information only as needed to operate ZorX workflows.
ZorX does not sell user personal information.
8. Security And Fraud Prevention
ZorX uses password hashing, session controls, CSRF protection for admin actions, upload validation, rate limiting, IP/security logs, audit logs, and account restrictions to protect the platform. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but ZorX works to reduce risks and respond to abuse.
9. Data Retention
ZorX keeps information for as long as needed to operate accounts, subscriptions, public links, support, security, compliance, moderation, and business records. Public projects, overlays, results, giveaway pages, and saved tool data may remain active until deleted, removed, moderated, or expired.
Users may contact support regarding account or content deletion requests. Some data may be retained where required for operational, security, moderation, legal, payment, or dispute-resolution reasons.
10. Children And Eligibility
ZorX is intended for users aged 13 and above. Users under legal adult age should use the platform with parent or guardian awareness where applicable, especially for paid subscriptions, giveaways, uploads, or community participation.
11. International Access
ZorX is based in Pakistan but may be accessed globally where legally permitted. By using ZorX, users understand that their information may be processed in connection with Pakistani hosting, support, payment review, and platform operations.
12. Changes To This Policy
ZorX may update this Privacy Policy as the platform grows, adds payment gateways, changes features, or updates compliance practices. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
