Manual Payment Review

ZorX currently verifies subscription payments manually through submitted payment proof for supported Pakistani payment methods.

1. Supported Payment Methods

ZorX currently supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, and NayaPay for public subscription payments. Traditional bank transfers are not publicly enabled at this time.

Payment account information is displayed only through official ZorX subscription/payment pages and verified support channels. Users should not trust payment details shared by unofficial accounts, unknown users, or random community messages.

2. How Verification Works

  1. The user selects a plan on an official ZorX subscription page.
  2. The user pays through a supported payment method.
  3. The user uploads a clear payment screenshot or proof through the official form.
  4. ZorX records the request as pending.
  5. An admin reviews the proof and approves or rejects the request.
  6. Approved subscriptions are activated manually for the relevant account, email, UID, plan, and tool scope.

3. Review Time

Most successful payment proof submissions are manually reviewed and activated within approximately 5 to 30 minutes. Delays may occur during high traffic periods, verification checks, support queue volume, incomplete screenshots, wallet delays, or suspected fraud.

4. Payment Proof Requirements

  • The screenshot should be clear and readable.
  • The amount, time, transaction/reference details, sender/payment app status, and receiving account details should be visible where applicable.
  • The submitted email should match the intended ZorX account where possible.
  • The proof must not be fake, altered, reused fraudulently, or misleading.

5. Incorrect Or Unclear Proof

Users may be asked to correct or re-submit invalid, incomplete, or unclear payment proof information within 24 hours. If the user does not provide sufficient verification, ZorX may reject the payment request until proper proof is supplied.

6. Wrong Email Or Account

Users who submit payment using the wrong account email may contact support for verification assistance. ZorX may require additional proof before applying access to a different account.

7. Fraud Prevention

ZorX may reject, suspend, investigate, or report payment requests involving fake screenshots, altered proof, duplicate fraudulent submissions, charge disputes, suspicious activity, or abuse of subscriptions.

8. Future Gateways

ZorX may introduce additional secure payment methods and merchant gateway integrations in the future, including PayFast, JazzCash Business, Easypaisa Business, Allied Bank payment channels, and other regulated Pakistani banking or digital payment providers.
